The only down side is that you won't get the same audio playback feature.</p>

Spent $200 for nothing.</p>

Then you could upload your notes to the website and view them on the iPad.</p>

From my own personal experience having bought the App, it works great, and support is very responsive.</p>

<p>Now if they made an application to connect and sync the pen with my iPad, or even a new pen that syncs wirelessly with it using bluetooth they'd get even more of my money.</p>
