Anyone heard about a Livescribe Pulse Pen Application? This application in an iPad would be killer.

I'm using mine together in grad seminars in linguistic anthropology. It would be fantastic to have an app where my notes would be accessible on the iPad since I only have the 1gig model!

if you have a mac, you can easily convert your livescribe notes to PDF files, then you can view them on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. The only down side is that you won't get the same audio playback feature.

The problem is that Livescribe Pulse pen does not work with Apple products and the support services of Livescribe are of no help. Spent $200 for nothing.

It could be used if livescribe ever converted to html5. Then you could upload your notes to the website and view them on the iPad.

Sorry to disappoint you Jiip, but Livescribe works great with my iMac and MacBook Air. No problems at all.

Try Soundpaper for iPad - much cheaper and no pen needed. From my own personal experience having bought the App, it works great, and support is very responsive.

I have the Livescribe Pen for about 2 years now and it works perfectly using the OSX-native Livescribe Desktop App. It has become an indespensable tool.

Now if they made an application to connect and sync the pen with my iPad, or even a new pen that syncs wirelessly with it using bluetooth they'd get even more of my money.
